Seminar by Dr. R Srikanth : “Nobel prize 2022 in physics: quantum entanglement, nonlocality and information”

Abstract:  

The talk introduces the concepts behind the experimental work of the three physics Nobel laureates of the year 2022, namely quantum entanglement and nonlocality. Their pioneering work in manipulating quantum entanglement and realizing & verifying quantum nonlocality in different settings forms the basis of today’s quantum technology, which is recognized as a frontier area in applied science.
