1. Dr. U A Ramagopal together with Dr. Ananda’s group filed a patent application titled “Biologically active zinc-free hexameric insulin analogues” has been assigned the temporary patent number TEMP/E-1/2171/2023-CHE (202341002384) on January 11, 2023 by Indian patent office. It has become the first PPISR owned patent.

2. Dr. U A Ramagopal’s group submitted a patent application titled “Affinity enhanced PD-1 mutant against PD-L1” to lawyer’s office at INTELLOCOPIA, BENGALURU, in the month of March 2023.
